Formerly Hayward Kettlebell, CrossCut CrossFit is the northwoods’ only affiliate of CrossFit, the internationally renowned training system that is redefining fitness.

CrossFit training prepares you for the demands of life. We specialize in not specializing: instead, we strengthen the basic human movements of squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, balancing, throwing and picking stuff up.

Like life, our daily workouts are constantly varied, unpredictable and challenging. They’re also rewarding and highly effective.

Workouts are typically short (20 minutes or less) and intense. They are scalable to each individual’s current level of fitness, so everyone may successfully master each workout.

Elite athletes in all sports are discovering the benefits of CrossFit’s intense and varied style of training, but you needn’t be a skilled athlete to experience its life-changing effects. We’ll teach you the skills you need to help you grow stronger and more mobile.
